Outdoor Contracting is owned and managed by civil and landscape engineer Bill Botkin.
Bill has experience as a Project Engineer for one of the nation’s largest engineering firms and experience as a Project Engineer/Manager for one of Charlotte’s largest site development contractors. He has estimated and managed site development contracts up to one million dollars. With our education and experience we are unprecedented in our profession. We also have certain customer service statutes within our company that we find to be rare these days, such as: easy accessibility, returning phone calls promptly, and consumer education regarding our products.
